Privacy Policy

Effective September 2026. This policy applies to Terror Tours LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and its brands Cable Car Wine Tours (Fredericksburg, TX), Temecula Cable Car (Temecula, CA), and Nightly Spirits — together “we,” “us,” or “the Company.” It covers our websites, online booking, and the messages we send you.

What we collect

Booking details you give us: name, email, mobile number, party size, pickup location, dietary restrictions, special occasions, and notes.
Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep the transaction record (amount, last four digits, status).
Technical: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP, and cookies needed to keep your booking in progress.
Messages: texts and emails you exchange with us, so we can help with your booking.

How we use it

To fulfill your booking: confirmations, pickup time and location, day-of updates, receipts, and changes or cancellations you request.
To run the tour: your driver, host, or guide sees your party's name, pickup, and any dietary or occasion notes. Partner venues that serve your group (for example, the winery hosting lunch) receive your party size and dietary restrictions so they can prepare — never your contact details or payment information.
To support you when you write or call, and to keep records required for accounting and safety.
To improve our tours and website, using aggregated, non-identifying data.

Text messages (SMS)

When you provide your mobile number at checkout and tick the consent box, you agree to receive booking-related text messages from Temecula Cable Car: confirmations, your pickup time and location, day-of updates, requests to confirm a pickup spot, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your booking (typically 2–5 messages per tour). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out any time by replying STOP; you'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@temeculacablecar.com.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you decline, we use email for the same updates.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages from this program.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (see below).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share with

Only providers that help us serve you, bound to use your data solely for that purpose: Stripe (payments), Postmark (email delivery), Twilio (text delivery), Render (secure hosting), and — when you book through a marketplace such as Viator — that marketplace, which handles your payment and its own communications. Partner venues receive only what's described above. We share data when required by law or to protect guests and staff.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your booking session and security intact, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; booking may not work without the essential ones.

Retention & security

We keep booking records as long as needed for your tour, our accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting provider; access is limited to staff who need it to run your tour.

Your choices

You can view or update your booking from the link in your confirmation email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from any email via its footer, and ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting info@temeculacablecar.com. California residents have the rights described under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.

Children

Our booking sites are for adults (21+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
