Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed when payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise, and taxes and fees are shown at checkout.

Cancellations and changes

The cancellation terms for your booking are shown on the checkout screen before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email. Standard (non-refundable) fares cannot be refunded. If you purchased Trip Assurance, the terms of that fare apply.

Arrival and no-shows

Please arrive about 15 minutes before your start time at the departure point shown in your confirmation. Tours leave on time; guests who arrive after departure may not be able to join and are treated as no-shows.

Alcohol, age, and conduct

Guests on the haunted pub crawl must be 21 or over with valid government-issued photo ID. Drinks are purchased by guests at each venue unless stated otherwise. Venues and our guides may refuse service, and we may remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or puts our venue relationships at risk, without refund.

Walking, weather, and route changes

Tours are walking tours held outdoors in most weather. We may change the route, venues, or order of stops at any time. If we cancel a tour outright, we will offer a reschedule or a refund of amounts paid.

Private tours

A private tour is the same tour with only your group and your own guide, at a time you choose. Pricing, group size, and any mandatory gratuity are confirmed in writing before payment.

Text messages (SMS)

By checking the SMS box at checkout you agree to receive text messages from Nightly Spirits about your booking. Consent is optional and not required to book. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information — we do not sell or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Liability

Guests join tours at their own risk and are responsible for their own conduct and belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terror Tours LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
