What we collect

When you book a tour we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, party size, tour date, and any notes or special requests you give us. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to take and fulfill your booking, send you confirmations and departure details, contact you about your tour, answer your questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS box at checkout, you consent to receive text messages from Nightly Spirits about your booking — confirmations, your departure point and arrival time, and day-of updates such as a guide running late or a change of meeting place. You may also text us back with questions and our staff or your guide will reply.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above, and is shared only with the service providers that send them on our behalf.

Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary with the providers that run our business: our payment processor, our email and text messaging providers, and our booking and hosting platform. They may use your information only to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Keeping your information

We keep booking records as long as needed for business and tax purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.

Children

Our pub crawls are for guests 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
