Do I Need Reservations?
Yes.  Reservations are a must.  You can book online or contact us at (951) 302-5981.


How Long Is The Tour?
We begin our tours around the 10:00 a.m. hour varying slightly with each hotel.  Tours typically end between 3:30 - 4:00 p.m.


When Do I Pay For My Tour?
Your credit card will be charged 3 days prior to your tour date.


Is Gratuity Included In The Tour Price?
No, gratuity is at your discretion and gracefully accepted by your host/hostess for a job-well-done. A mandatory service charge is, however, added to the tour price for large groups, charters, special and private tours.


What If I Need To Cancel My Tour, Am I Charged For The Tour?
If you cancel the tour before 3 days of your tour date, there is no charge.  If you cancel 72 hours (3 days) or less of your tour date, there is no refund.  On private party wine tours, credit cards are charged 50% 7 days prior to tour date and  no refund if the whole bus is cancelled  7 days or less of tour date.


What If I Don't Stay Overnight At A Temecula Hotel, Where Do I Meet?
When you book your tour online, just click the "No Hotel" button or if you book over the phone, just tell the representative that you are not staying overnight in a Temecula hotel and we will let you know where you can meet us.


What Wineries Do You Visit?
The wineries that we have relationships with are posted on our website on the left side of the Home Page under Wineries.   


How Much Wine Is Served At Each Of The Wineries?
Each winery pours 5-6 one-ounce servings.  You select the wines you would like to taste from their list.


Does The San Francisco Motorized Cable Car Have Air-Conditioning?
No, it is an authentic San Francisco cable car.  The cable car is an open-air car with an unobstructed view of the countryside. In the winter months, there are clear vinyl shades rolled down for the outside benches.


Does The San Francisco Motorized Cable Car Operate In The Winter Months?
Yes, we have vinyl covers that roll down for the outside benches, heaters & lap blankets for your comfort.


Does The Jolly Trolley Have Air-Conditioning?
Yes, the Jolly Trolley has 3 air-conditioners and the windows open for nice days.


Can I Choose The Bus I Want For My Tour?
Possibly, please call for the schedule.


How Many Passengers Fit On Your Buses?
The San Francisco motorized cable cars are 28 - 30 passenger, the Jolly Trolley is a 26 passenger and the Limo Bus is a 14 passenger & seats 12 - 13 comfortably.


Do You Offer Tours 7 Days A Week?
Yes, but when we have light days, we do not use our 30 passenger San Francisco motorized cable car or our 26 passenger Jolly Trolley, we use our 14 passenger Limo Bus. We do, however, need at least 6 passengers on board to be cost effective. 


Can I Buy Bottles Of Wine At The Wineries?
Absolutely!  We encourage it and you will receive discounts on your purchases for booking with us.


Do You Offer Group Discounts?
Yes.  Must be one credit card for the whole party.  Please call for quote.


Are You Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, we have a Special vehicle ADA approved to accomodate wheelchairs.  A minimum of 6 is required to honor the Special Rate plus 20% gratuity will be added.
